All Purpose Maintenance Solutions
Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: May 2026
Agreement to Terms
By accepting any estimate, proposal, service, or invoice from All Purpose Maintenance Solutions, the client agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Estimates
All estimates are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated. Pricing may change after this period depending on site conditions, material costs, or scope adjustments.
Scope of Work
Services will be performed as outlined in the approved estimate. Any additional work requested by the client will be treated as a separate service and may incur additional charges.
Worksite Readiness
The client is responsible for ensuring the property is ready for service prior to scheduled work. This includes removing obstacles, securing materials, and ensuring safe working conditions.
Property Access
The client must provide safe and clear access to all service areas. Locked gates, blocked entry points, or restricted access may result in partial service or additional charges without notice.
Equipment and Obstructions
The client must remove or secure items such as wires, hoses, decorations, furniture, or debris. All Purpose Maintenance Solutions is not responsible for damage to unsecured, hidden, or improperly installed items.
Scheduling
Service dates are estimates and may be affected by weather, workload, or unforeseen circumstances. The company reserves the right to adjust scheduling as needed.
Deposits and Scheduling
A deposit may be required to secure scheduling. Deposits are applied toward the total project cost and are non-refundable once scheduling, labor allocation, or material preparation has begun unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payment Terms
Remaining balances are due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. Failure to make payment may result in service delays or cancellation.
Payment Processing and Authorization
By approving an estimate, entering into a service agreement, or providing payment information, the client authorizes All Purpose Maintenance Solutions to charge the payment method on file for deposits, balances, recurring services, additional work, late fees, cancellation fees, or any authorized charges related to services provided.
Automatic Payments (Recurring Services)
Clients enrolled in recurring services authorize automatic billing based on the agreed schedule (weekly, biweekly, or monthly). Charges will be processed according to the approved service agreement.
Failed or Declined Payments
If a payment is declined, returned, or disputed, services may be suspended or canceled until the account is brought current. Additional fees or collection actions may apply.
Late Payments
Late payments may result in additional fees, suspension of services, or cancellation. The company reserves the right to pursue collection efforts for unpaid balances.
Recurring Services
Clients enrolled in recurring maintenance agree to ongoing scheduled services. Pricing is based on consistent service intervals and property condition. Missed services due to access issues or client delay do not reduce the agreed rate.
6-Month Maintenance Agreement
A 6-month maintenance agreement secures the client’s service schedule and pricing for the agreed term. Early cancellation may result in cancellation fees, recovery of discounted pricing, or charges for services already scheduled or performed.
12-Month Maintenance Agreement
A 12-month maintenance agreement secures long-term service scheduling and pricing. Early cancellation may result in cancellation fees, recovery of discounts, or charges for labor, materials, and scheduling commitments.
Price Adjustments
Pricing may be adjusted due to property condition changes, excessive overgrowth, added scope, delays caused by the client, fuel or material increases, or changes in service frequency.
Cancellation
Cancellations must be submitted in advance. Fees may apply depending on scheduling, labor allocation, and materials. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.
Materials
Materials provided by the client must be accurate and available on-site. The company is not responsible for delays, errors, or additional costs resulting from client-supplied materials.
Pets and Safety
Pets must be secured during service visits. The company is not responsible for incidents involving unsecured animals or unsafe property conditions.
Debris Removal
Debris generated from services will be removed unless otherwise agreed. Excessive debris or special disposal requirements may result in additional charges.
Weather Conditions
Services may be delayed due to unsafe or unfavorable weather conditions. Rescheduling will be handled at the company’s discretion.
Satisfaction Guarantee
The client must report any concerns within 24 hours of service completion. The company will make reasonable efforts to address and resolve issues.
Liability
All Purpose Maintenance Solutions is not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, hidden hazards, or normal wear and tear associated with services.
Incidental Damage
Minor incidental damage may occur during normal service operations, including surface marks or turf disturbance. The company will take reasonable care but is not liable for unavoidable minor impact.
Right to Refuse Service
The company reserves the right to refuse or terminate service at any time due to unsafe conditions, non-payment, or inappropriate client behavior.
Modifications to Terms
All Purpose Maintenance Solutions reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Acknowledgment
By using our services, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
